Painting the Open Land

We’re excited to present our first plein air art event at Cornwall Preserve in Williamson. This is an opportunity for local artists to paint the varied views and landscapes including Lake Ontario, meadows and orchards, woods, and winding trails of the 77-acre preserve. Visitors are welcome to stop by anytime between 7am-7pm.

We’re excited to present our first plein air art event at Cornwall Preserve in Williamson. This is an opportunity for local artists to paint the varied views and landscapes including Lake Ontario, meadows and orchards, woods, and winding trails of the 77-acre preserve. From dawn to dusk, you are welcome to stop by the property to take a walk, enjoy the early fall breeze off the lake, and admire the work of the artists. Guided walks around the property will take place at 10am and 2pm with an Artist’s Walk led by Bill Stephens at noon.
