INDIVIDUAL MUSIC LESSONS
The Roberts Community Music School offers private music lessons for all ages, levels and abilities. Lessons are available for piano, voice, strings, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments. You can choose between 30, 45 and 60 minute lessons.
SPRING TERM 2026: Monday, January 26- June 21
Registration for private lessons is on a rolling basis. Students may enroll at any point during the semester!
SUMMER TERM 2026: Monday, June 23- August 28
Keep the music going all summer at RCMS! Our Summer Session offers flexible scheduling designed to fit your plans. Students can sign up for as many lessons as they’d like—whether that’s a full summer of study or just a few tune-ups in between vacations. Customize your schedule, maintain momentum, or explore something new with the guidance of our expert faculty. Summer at RCMS is all about flexibility, growth, and making music work for you.

EARLY CHILDHOOD MUSIC CLASSES
Early childhood music classes at Roberts Community Music School focus on the development of the whole child through playful musical exploration, singing, chanting, movement, listening, and using simple instruments. Each class is designed to meet the needs of the individual child and modifications are built into the curriculum to ensure that every child has the best opportunity to grow.
MUSICAL BABIES: (Birth- 2 years, with caregiver)
Geared towards our youngest music makers, this class is designed to expose infants and young toddlers to music in a very sensory-based way. Caregivers will assist as we learn about and use different movement techniques (bouncing, tapping, wiggling, etc) to allow these young learners to experience music in a way that benefits their development. Singing, music listening, age-appropriate instruments, and music in literature will also be explored, giving our young students a well-rounded introduction to music.

- Saturdays, 9:00- 9:45 A.M.
- 10-week session: $150
TUNEFUL TOTS: (Ages 2-4 years, with caregiver)
Children will take a more hands-on and independent approach (from the “Musical Babies” Class) in this next level. In this class, we will learn about music fundamentals (singing, beat, rhythm, instruments) in an age-appropriate manner. Families can expect to experience singing, movement/dancing, instruments, music in literature, and musical games with the use of age-appropriate books, instruments, and other music materials. Caregivers are welcome to participate alongside their children, and assist them when needed.
