Seneca Park Zoo invites you to be inspired to become active in caring for your environment.

Join Zoo staff and Maplewood Gorge Guides as they educate you on Genesee River health and conservation. You will be able to experience how individual and group actions can make a difference in your own backyard.
In partnership with City of Rochester’s Department of Recreation and Youth Services and the Maplewood Gorge Guide’s Group.
EVENT DAY SCHEDULE & ACTIVITIES
9 – 9:15 a.m.
Meet at Maplewood Rose Garden to receive supplies and instructions.
9:15 – 10:45 a.m.
Park clean up along the Genesee.
10:45 – 11 a.m.
Group meets back at Maplewood Rose Garden to gather up trash and supplies.
11 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Tour of the gorge around Lower Falls and Maplewood Rose Garden by the Maplewood Gorge Guides Group
