ROCHESTER ACCESSIBLE ADVENTURES (RAA) is transforming recreation businesses to operate inclusively whenever they are open for business. We provide consultation to recreation businesses to assess what they offer, train staff to operate inclusively, and eliminate barriers to inclusive participation for people with disabilities. RAA works with adaptive and inclusive sports teams and is a Regional Resource Center for individuals with disabilities and their families to connect with opportunities in their home communities. RAA has worked with a number of recreation businesses in the WNY region and continues to spread Inclusion principles throughout the area.
Come on inside and learn about Inclusive Recreation Opportunities in the Greater ROC, FLX and WNY regions! We've even expanded all the way to Schuylerville (north of Albany!) on the Erie Canalway!
