Teen Weekend: Wild Edibles & Primitive Cooking w/ Primitive Pursuits

We will create a wild feast, using primitive cooking techniques to create a meal that everyone had a hand in.

This weekend will focus on the abundance that the landscape offers us for wild edibles. Utilizing these gifts we will create a wild feast, using primitive cooking techniques to create a meal that everyone had a hand in. We will also play the games you know and love with new twists, night time edges, and most certainly epic fun for everyone.
This is an overnight program that runs from 10AM Saturday to 10AM Sunday. Drop off and pick up will be at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 615 Willow Avenue, Ithaca, NY 14850.
Students will:
- Learn local wild edible plants
- Experience primitive cooking techniques
- Have some serious fun playing epic games
