Urban Choice Charter School is delighted to announce our 2019 Silent Disco: Redefining Urban Education One Beat at a Time. On March 23, 2019, over 200 people will dance the night away at the Penthouse at One East Ave. Guests will enjoy light appetizers, a specialty cocktail, silent auction items, raffles, and spectacular views of the city. Twist This is our official food truck partner – a portion of their proceeds will be donated to UCCS.
Proceeds from the Silent Disco will truly make a difference in the lives of our students. UCCS serves a high concentration of City of Rochester students in poverty with 92% of currently enrolled eligible for free/reduced lunch. The funds raised at this event will help UCCS to provide things such as a mid-year restocking of our teacher and classroom supplies, funds for special projects such as our science fair and Family Engagement Nights, and new equipment for our physical education program.
