The Underground Railroad and the Erie Canal History Talk

Derrick Pratt, Director of Education & Public Programs at the Erie Canal Museum will join us to talk about how many African Americans used the Erie, Chaplain, Oswego, and Cayuga-Seneca Canals as routes for escaping from slavery. Registration is required. Sponsored by the Friends of the Mendon Public Library.
