Vegan Small Bites

During this hands-on cooking class, we will create vegan small bites using local, seasonal, organic ingredients. Recipes will include different dips and spreads, soups, crostini, and much more!
Please note: Please bring a knife (wrapped carefully) and cutting board.
About the teacher:
Mackenzie Zerniak is a whole-food plant-based chef that specializes in vegan gluten-free cooking. Graduating from The Natural Gourmet Institute, New York, NY in 2014, Mackenzie believes in using seasonal, whole, real, fresh foods sourced from out local organic farmers. Mackenzie currently caters, does meal planning, works as a personal chef and has a newsletter she sends out monthly that you can sign up for on her website.
