WHEN is a community coalition empowering Webster kids to grow up strong and substance free. We offer resources to kids and families to help them develop healthy habits and resist negative influences. We are a coalition of parents, businesses and organizations partnering to support kids and their families. We welcome adult and student volunteers and members to join us in planning and executing events and programs and invite families everywhere to enjoy the resources we host on our website.
