If you've just landed a new job or are hoping to soon, this program will explain how to navigate employer expectations so you will be successful. We will cover topics like attendance protocols, email and phone etiquette, dealing with customers/clients, as well as general skills most employers expect their employees to have, no matter what type of job you do. Registration required.
