The 20th Annual Northeast Model Helicopter Jamboree

If you want to see some incredible model helicopter and plane aircraft fly, there is a great opportunity to see some of the best fliers put these interesting aircraft into the sky during the day and lit at night. This continues to showcase some amazing flying from around the country. An awesome highlight is Saturday evening for lighted aircraft, high end fireworks, and aircraft flying in fireworks The night fly/fireworks will start at 8PM on Saturday. Proceeds go to Macedon Ambulance. FREE

The RAMS 20th Northeast Model Helicopter Jamboree is a showcase for model helicopter flying and draws pilots from around the country, several who compete in world 3D aerobatics! Competitions will be held on August 25-27 generally from 10-4PM (noon on Sunday) at 2529 Macedon Center Road in Macedon. At 8 PM on Saturday a spectacular night aircraft show (aircraft with rotor and body lights) will start and the evening will be highlighted by a phenomenal fireworks (with lighted planes flying through them) show at dark. Location is the Rochester Aeromodeling Society field, 2529 Macedon Center Road in Palmyra 14522. The event is free and proceeds go to the Macedon Ambulance.
