"Hydroponic Urban Gardening to Increase Healthy Eating and Reduce Food Insecurity": Dr. Sarah Ventre from the University of Buffalo and Oishei Children’s Hospital and Allison DeHonney, CEO of Urban Fruits & Veggies and Director of Buffalo Go Green will talk about a collaborative hydroponics/community garden project.
