Advanced Handbuilding with Aaron Rosa on Wednesdays, April 12- May 31 from 6:30 - 9:30pm.
Interested in handbuilding, but not sure where to go next? This class builds on techniques taught in beginning handbuilding to create a variety of self-directed projects. Your instructor will be available for advice, support, and in-depth demos, and they'll review techniques including: low and high relief, coil, slab building, building solid, and different surface treatments. Think of a technique we haven't covered but you'd like to try? No problem! This class is perfect for those interested in independent projects with the supervision and guidance of an instructor. Clay can be purchased through the studio by calling 271 - 5183; we carry cone 6 and cone 10 clay bodies. Included: 25 pounds of free firing and Open studio access.
