Annual Old Fashion Day at Honey Locust Farm in Caledonia

Sunday, April 26, 2026: Old Fashion Day at Honey Locust Farm from 10 am to 3 pm. This one-of-a-kind annual event showcases antique farm equipment with demonstrations pulled by the farms stunning Draft Horses, local artisans, Punkey's Cornell Chicken BBQ and sweets. Check out a small petting zoo area with your favorite farm animals. This FREE event is perfect for the whole family and a community favorite!

- A great family event centered around the outdoors, horses, food and good entertainment.
- Come spend part of your spring day with us celebrating how things were done in years past. You can watch horses plowing and fitting the fields of Northern Livingston County.
- We will have auction of donated items (not junk) at noon. Feel free to bring an item to be auctioned off. It does not need to be horse related. You would be shocked how much a home made pie or potted plant will bring! The proceeds from the auction help to off set the costs from the day.
- We have had vendors of all varieties attend in the years past. Honey, baked goods, homemade items, vegetable plants and flowers.
- We have had food vendors in the past that make the best Kettle Corn, fried dough and hamburgers you could ask for.
- You don't have to bring a dime but if you wish you can go home with a purchased treasure either from the auction or from one of our long time vendors. And a full stomach so you don't have to cook later!
- Parking is free. There is handicapped parking and handicapped porta johns available.
- We will have horse drawn wagon rides that are FREE for you and your family.
- Bring your lawn chair and watch the mares and this years foals wandering the pasture.
- The Maxwell Station Hitch geldings will be on the premises for your viewing pleasure. Get up close and personal with one of the big guys.
