Rochester’s Neighborhood of the Arts (NOTA) has long been a hub of expression and creativity. Here, businesses and organizations celebrate art through painting, photography, food, and language. Theaters and sculpture gardens burst with feeling and meaning, while hidden walkways and parks invite exploration. In this camp, you’ll step inside buildings and go behind the scenes at some of NOTA’s well-known—and not-so-well-known—creative spaces. We’ll keep journals to track our adventures and gather interviews that reveal what makes this neighborhood so vibrant. And for returning explorers: new locations await!
