Looking to pick up some knowledge about beer styles? This class is for you. We will be learning about different beer styles that are popular right now such as IPA, pale ale and bock along with flavored beers. There will also be a tour of The Lost Borough Brewing facility where each drop of beer is crafted. There will be beer sampling of different styles discussed and probably a few special items too!Please note: Class will take place at The Lost Borough Brewing Co. located at 543 Atlantic Ave. Rochester, NY 14609. Parking is plentiful and free!About the teacher:Dan Western is one of the founders and head brewer at The Lost Borough Brewing Co. He started out enjoying craft brew in college and that lead him to home brewing where he developed his craft in all-grain brewing. He keeps the beer production moving along with sips of every batch for quality control purposes of course. When he isn't working at the brewery you can find him riding motorcycles or working in his workshop crafting up something crazy.
