Black History Inspires Science & Tech Leadership and Advancement

Dr. Walker from the U of R will speak about the history of Frederick Douglass. Prince Massala Reffell, a former special adviser to the President of Sierra Leone will also be in Rochester for this exciting event, to discuss his book: The Black Mayflower.
In addition, his associate, Darren Stence, a network engineer, will speak about Black History and how it inspires advancement in the Science & Technology sectors.
David Balestier, Economic Development Representative for the City of Rochester will also be a speaker.
There will be a WINE Tasting after the program and refreshments (while supplies last), plus an exciting demonstration by local Spanish Dancers, and even a short recitation by a local Poet.
