*The event has already taken place on this date: Wed, 09/16/2020
Want to make your happy hours more happy? Join historic cook Amy Hanley-Dykstra and learn how to make two delicious boozy desserts using beer and wine. Participants will make “Whipt Syllabub”, a popular 19th century dessert made of whipped cream, wine or sherry, sugar, and lemon juice. They will also prepare a “Beer Cakes” cookie dough to take home and bake.
