The Burroughs Audubon Nature Club's annual Spooky Sanctuary Scavenger Hunt

Saturday, Oct 25, 3pm at Burroughs Audubon Nature Center in Powder Mills Park in Pittsford: Our local woodland creatures are getting ready for winter! Go on a scavenger hunt to learn how they do it, then step inside our clubhouse for prizes, refreshments, contests like Count the Spiders and Find the Frogs, and, spoooooookily delightful decorations! Costumes, jumping in leaf piles, and exploring are all encouraged.

Have a happy Halloween, everyone! Young and old alike, come to the BANC Sanctuary to get in the Trick or Treat Spirit. You won’t want to miss our spoooooooooky decorations, creative costumes, Scavenger Hunt, and contests like Count the Spiders and Find the Frogs. Wear your costume for a creepy walk on the Wild Side! Our local woodland creatures are spending their Halloweens getting ready for winter—learn how and win a prize for finding them all!
Good for all ages, although we ask that all children bring an adult.
Refreshments, trail exploration, story time, and fun with autumn leaves round out the activities!
