Chocolate Candy Making Class
*The event has already taken place on this date: Thu, 01/10/2019
Let GCV&M help you get ready for St. Valentine’s Day! Join our historic village cooks Peggy Roll and Gail Fowler for a sweet afternoon of chocolate candy making. Participants will discover the rich history of chocolate and observe demonstrations on how to temper chocolate and prepare chocolate puffs. They will then roll up their sleeves to create chocolate bark, chocolate truffles and chocolate puffs to take home. Taste the rich dark chocolate of the past and learn how to use it in a modern way during this tasty cooking class.
