About the teacher:
Cameron M. Phelps, bartending since 2007, however been apart of the service industry in a multitude of capacities since 1999. Co-founded The Daily Refresher in 2012 and has been in the craft cocktail movement ever since. Received his Barsmarts certification in 2014 and has been interested in teaching the unique curriculum of craft cocktails ever since.
Adrean L. Hayward, bartending since 2011, has a wide range of service industry experience from gastro pubs to fine dining. With extensive spirits, wine, and beer knowledge, Adrean has been crafting cocktails, writing cocktail menus, and training bartenders in the art of the craft for over 5 years.
