About the Teacher
Rebecca grew up in West Walworth loving the art of pastry. She learned her techniques of cookie decorating in NYC where she went to pastry school at the French Culinary institute and worked at the popular 'Elenis Cookies', making intricate cookie designs. She moved back to Rochester and opened her own bakery, Daydream Cakes, where she currently make custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
