Have Instagram envy over perfectly decorated cookies? Time to step to up your cookie decorating skills! You will step away with not only newly acquired decorating and piping skills, but also a dozen Rochester-themed cookies of your own design.
Please note: At this time, gluten-free and vegan options are unavailable for this class. Students will need to pick-up their supply kit from Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave f109, Rochester, NY 14607 on June 25th between 4pm-7pm and June 26th between 10am-1pm.

About the teacher:
Rebecca Kester grew up in West Walworth loving the art of pastry. She learned her techniques of cookie decorating in NYC where she went to pastry school at the French Culinary institute and worked at the popular 'Elenis Cookies', making intricate cookie designs. She moved back to Rochester and opened her own bakery, Daydream Cakes, where she currently make custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
