Watch as Nancy recreates her delicious “Fruited Pork Medley” from her latest cookbook, Farmhouse Rules. This recipe uses locally sourced seasonal ingredients which is important to Nancy as she is an advocate for the region’s hard-working farmers and promotes the farm-to-table movement.
What’s better than watching her cook? Getting to try the recipe afterwards! New York Kitchen will be serving sample sized portions of her Fruited Pork Medley along with your choice of red or white wine for everyone to try at the end of the demo.
