How YOU can participate …
1) Indoor vendors of artwork or crafts will be hosted at the North Dansville Town Hall or Genesee Community College. Contact one of the two individuals below BEFORE sending your nonrefundable fee of $25 per space. Checks are payable to Dansville Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 105, Dansville NY 14437. Deadline November 1, 2022. You do not have to complete our form.

2) Food trucks or those vending from vehicles must submit our form with a nonrefundable fee of $75 payable to Dansville Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 105, Dansville NY 14437 by October 16, 2022. Appropriate permits are required and are your responsibility.
3) All other OUTDOOR vendors, businesses or organizations are welcome to participate at no cost. If you need a location, we will gladly place you. Complete our form. Note: tents, tables, chairs, etc. are your responsibility.
4) If you would like to participate in the Santa Parade (starts approximately 4:45pm), please contact Kaylee Walker Lohrmann at 585-435-2329 no later than November 15. You do not have to complete our form.
5) To participate in the Wine and Spirits Walk as a tasting location or refreshment location (tastings and refreshments must be FREE of charge to the public), please submit our form and follow the instructions noted. The Chamber checks IDs, provides wrist bands, and sells commemorative tasting glasses ($10 per person).
Participant form is due October 16, 2022.
