Please join us for our newest offering, partnering with your favorite local restaurants to bring you a multi-course dining experience. Brown Hound Downtown has operated the MAG’s restaurant since 2016 and is their only in-house caterer. Prior to that, Brown Hound Bistro gained a reputation as one of the best farm-to-table restaurants in the Finger Lakes. Brown Hound Downtown focuses on freshness, creativity and presentation, while still keeping an eye on sourcing NY State products. Trish Asher’s Executive Chef Richard Dennis will be preparing this outstanding menu!

Chef Dennis has a long list of credentials: Florida Culinary Institute 1991 Graduate, Academy of Pastry Arts 1993 Graduate, Certified CEC, Certified CPC & Certified in 12 Regional Cuisines!
Eric Frarey, of Heron Hill Winery on Keuka Lake, will be in attendance to share more about the winery and your wines in the glass!
