Fall Foliage Trolley Rides!

The New York Museum of Transportation, in the country setting of Rush, NY, delights visitors each autumn with the only electric trolley ride in the state. The vintage trolley car takes you on a 20-minute cruise through fields and woods alive with the season's color. The ride is included with the family friendly museum admission of $10 adults, $9 seniors 65+, and $6 youths age 3 - 12. And what a museum! climb aboard several trolley cars and a steam locomotive, remember the Midtown Plaza Monorail, thrill to the giant model railroad with several trains running at once, sit in a fire truck, see a 75-year old Greyhound bus, enjoy a video of the Rochester Subway, and visit our well-stocked gift shop with something for all ages. Throughout the museum you'll discover the history of our area's land transportation, from horse drawn buggies and wagons, through high speed interurban trolley cars, to motor vehicles.
The museum is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with rides departing at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30. No reservations are needed! Be sure to arrive by 3:00 to have time to see all the museum has to offer.
