How to Solve All Problems with Love with Buddhist Monk, Gen Samten Kelsang

In the face of divisiveness and fear, we must always choose love! Loving-kindness is not passive or weak, but a confident choice which invigorates our mind and elevates others. When our mind is suffused with love, our actions will always be beneficial—so we need not worry or overthink everything. We can trust our love.
We experience problems when we have pain in our mind. Our love is a great protector from this pain, and solves these inner problems of painful feelings. It will also help solve problems with others–from this peaceful place, we will have the clarity to respond in the best possible way. Everyone welcome!
