During this carefully crafted Brewmaster Dinner, enjoy creative dishes developed by NYWCC Executive Chef, Matt Laurence, and Executive Sous Chef, Gary Parmelee, while GAEL Brewing Owner/Brewer, George Adams, walks you through each course with a perfectly paired brew! Cheers to St. Patrick's Day with some delicious Irish-inspired New York brews!

Boxty – Potato Pancake with Local Mushrooms and an Apple Endive Salad

Stuffed Cabbage Reuben – Corned Beef Wrapped in Cabbage with Swiss Cheese Sauce and Buttered Rye Bread Crumbs
Paired with Rye Bread Ale
Final Course:
Chocolate Coconut Porter Cake
