Need help navigating the Healthcare system? Come to the Winton Branch Library at 611 N. Winton Road anytime from 2-5:45pm on Tuesday January 14. Certified Health Insurance Navigators will be on hand to assist people in enrolling for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act/New York State of Health Exchanges throughout the open enrollment period.
