Cauliflower is one of the most popular vegetables of the summer season. Cauliflower in its simplest form is sweet and meat like in texture and goes well with Indian spices. In this class, participants will learn how to make two styles of Indian cauliflower curry through demonstration: southern-style and northern-style. About the teacher:Mary D’Souza has worked as a professional scientist and has published several scientific papers. Her hobbies include cooking, quilting, sewing, beading to make jewelry and reading books. She is skilled in making daal, roti, vegetables with unique combinations and a range of non-vegetarian dishes.
