Intro to Letterpress Experimentation with Mitch Cohen on Monday, Aug. 14 from 6 - 8:30pm.
In this one-day workshop, learn how to create spontaneous and fun compositions on the letterpress. By creating printing plates out of found materials, using new techniques like pressure printing, and playing with color, students will discover the ways in which letterpress can go beyond simply horizontal type. All skill levels are welcome! All materials provided. Included: $10 materials fee.
