In carpentry, corners are usually joined at 45-degree angles. Creative knitters found a way to emulate that mitered look in knitting with a deceptively simple pattern. Miters make stunning jackets, shawls, scarves, and baby blankets, and are a great way to use up bits and pieces of leftover yarn.
Materials: Bring two different colorways of worsted weight yarn (200 yards each) & knitting needles to match the yarn weight (or) $25 to purchase a supply kit that includes needles & yarn
