Learn Book Binding Using the Longstitch Method

Longstitch Variation book:
In this variation of the long stitch binding, the sections and cover are sewn simultaneously, so the sewing becomes part of the design. The long stitches on the spine can be treated in a number of ways, even wrapped or braided. Beading, silk or metallic thread, and knotting can be added to the stitches as they are sewn or can be worked on afterward. Little or no adhesive is necessary to complete the binding.
