Learn to Make Empanadas

Most cultures have their own version of a dish that features meat or cheese wrapped in dough; whether it’s pierogi, dumplings, or ravioli. Latin America’s answer is the empanada! In this class, you will learn how to make both meat and sweet empanadas as well as your own dough. Students will have a hands-on learning experience and leave with all the recipes created in class.

Please note: Participants will have the option to eat during this class. If you would prefer to eat at home, please bring a to-go container with you. Students will be standing during this class, however a limited number of stools will be available. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available upon request prior to class, though the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment.
