Livingston-Backus Dinner at Genesee Country Village & Museum is an intimate evening dining experience for guests ages 13 and up, set within the historic Livingston-Backus House. Guests are invited to step into the house’s upper rooms and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner served in a warm 19th-century atmosphere. Throughout the evening, period entertainment and conversation help bring the space to life, offering a glimpse into how the house was once used and the people who lived there. Along the way, guests will take part in a brief discussion about the history of the Livingston-Backus House and its former residents, adding historical context to the experience while sharing a memorable meal with family and friends. This event requires walking up and down interior staircases to access the dining rooms. Tickets must be purchased online in advance and will not be sold at the door.
