Mobile Library
Come enjoy free activities, book browsing, and coloring pages, featuring the art of local artist Jackie E. Davis (Underpants and Overbites), in the Vanden Brul Pavilion. Free to the public, and all ages welcome! Hosted by the Charlotte Whitney Allen Library at MAG.

Mobile Library x Creative Workshop
The Charlotte Whitney Allen Library is partnering with the Creative Workshop to provide free art activities for folks of all ages! Drop in for a special guided craft, get inspired at the artmaking station, play creative games, browse beautiful books, and more.
Book Sales
Do you love great deals on art books? Come to our library book sales and enjoy free and fun activities as well as browsing books! Exact change and card payments accepted. Every sale helps the library!

Looking for information on a favorite artist or an art-related topic? Stop by one of the region’s most extensive visual arts libraries. Since the Memorial Art Gallery opened in 1913, its library has served area art-lovers. Today, the Charlotte Whitney Allen Library is open to the public for browsing and research, and to MAG members, UR students, faculty, & staff, K-12 & home-school teachers, and current Creative Workshop students for borrowing.
