Join Montezuma Audubon Center staff for a guided birding tour of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex this early spring! Waterfowl are moving through our wetlands and making their way to Cayuga Lake in search of open water during these cold times. On our guided excursion, we can expect to find various types of waterfowl, gulls, snow geese, sandhill cranes, and possibly a Bald Eagle. Each adventure creates a new birding experience, and we hope to have you join us.
We will meet at the MAC (2295 State Route 89, Savannah, NY 13146) and depart for our route from there. There are two ticket options, one for riding with the Audubon educator in our van and the other for caravanning in your personal vehicle. A Zoom call will connect all participants to the Audubon educator. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee:
- In our van: $15/participant
- Personal Vehicle: $10/car
Email montezuma@audubon.org or call (315) 365-3588 with questions. See you out there!
