Mystified or intimidated by jazz and musical improvisation? This class is a fun introduction to learning music by ear (no sheet music) and using your voice and body percussion to improvise.

-Mystified or intimidated by jazz and musical improvisation? This class is a fun introduction to learning music by ear (no sheet music) and using your voice and body percussion to improvise. Improvising with a group helps you think about conversations and problem solving differently, and it doesn't require advanced musical training to get started. Led by Chris Teal, co-Director and Teaching Artist from the Institute for Creative Music. This class continues principles introduced in his talk for the 2015 TedxFlourCity conference.
