pickled carrots, pumpernickel croutons, crispy shallots, mustard-riesling vinaigrette.
24hr Sauerbraten Shortrib
apple-braised turnip spatzel, gingersnap-hunter gravy.
Black Forest Pot Au Creme
belgian chocolate, kirisch cherry
Advance paid reservation only, $45 per person, tax and gratuity is not included.
