Out Behind the Barn- Live Music, Food and Drinks

We are excited to host a night of music, food, drinks and fun at “Out Behind the Barn,” all to benefit Cornerstone Manor, the women and children’s shelter at Buffalo City Mission.
Come on out Saturday, Sept. 28! Doors open at 6 p.m. with hayrides around the farm. This Little Pig will have their signature BBQ pork, chicken, brisket and more available to purchase as well!
The music gets started at 7 p.m. as local country band Blood Money takes the stage and will perform until 10:30.
Your $25 ticket includes sunset hayrides around the farm and your first beverage on us, with additional beers and wine available for purchase. A 50/50 raffle with proceeds also benefitting Cornerstone Manor will take place throughout the night as well.
We are also offering $500 corporate sponsorship table packages, with seating and unlimited beer and wine for 10 people. Email laura@akronacres.com to learn more.
This is a 21+ only event; children and anyone under 21 will not be admitted. ID required. The event is rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. The band will perform indoors with plenty of indoor and outdoor space available. No tickets will be available at the door and no outside food or beverage is allowed.
This year’s organization of event proceeds is Buffalo City Mission’s Woamen and Children's Shelter, Cornerstone Manor, a place that not only provides food and shelter to those and need but also a safe haven for which women and children can have the opportunity to transition safely and successfully through the Mission’s Transitional Housing Program.
“From the moment an individual walks through our doors, we offer loving acceptance, acknowledging the worth and dignity of each person as a valued child of God,” it states on Cornerstone’s website. “Often, it’s the first time they have been treated with deep, honest respect … it’s a healthy pathway for building a promising future.”
