Well, join us for our next nutrition program from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County, and learn ways that you can shop cheaper and healthier! Michelle Weiler, an Eat Smart nutrition expert, will take us on a visual tour of the grocery store, providing us with money-saving tips and healthy options in each department. There will also be free giveaways, including vouchers for the Foodlink curbside truck!
