Fitness for all ages! A little orange gym in East Rochester, NY dedicated to helping people of all ages meet their fitness goals through exercise and education – to become stronger, healthier, and happier. Now offering virtual workout classes and personal training.
The Rochester School of Fitness was founded by exercise specialist Mido Zelenjakovic and pediatrician Cathy Hahn in 2006. Our mission is to provide comprehensive fitness programming for people of all ages and physical abilities, addressing the key roles that nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices play in achieving a positive self-image and overall wellness.
