Runner's Boot Camp

Ages 15+ (12 classes, no class 6/5 & 6/7)
Penfield Community Center
Led by a GVPT therapist, this class is designed to target core, hip,
and leg muscles as they relate and function specific to running. Each
class will start with a dynamic warm-up, transition into functional
strength/stability training and then end with static stretching. Every
participant will have the opportunity to be video analyzed on their
running mechanics, educated on injury prevention strategies, along
with proper running biomechanics. Novice to professional runners
are welcome. Classes will be held 2x/week.
