Night Life takes on a new meaning at MAG.
On Friday, January 10th we will be joined by Bearcat and the Birds. Based in Rochester, NY Bearcat and the Birds is a jazz quartet known for their unique take on classic jazz standards and their sophisticated renditions of modern pop tunes. Covering music from Led Zepplin to Justin Bieber the group has something to offer fans of all genres. Pianist Dylon Walbridge is the main writer and arranger for the group and is one of the top young jazzers entering the Rochester scene. He writes flawlessly for the powerhouse vocals of the ever stylish Jenn Brady. The two are backed by rhythm section duo Chris Ramsden, drums, and Jeff Bouck, bass, who have been performing together for the better part of a decade. Now linked under one roof the Bearcats are pushing the local jazz scene and are an act you won't want to miss.
