Sensory Walk

Join us for a family sensory walk through nature where you can experience all aspects of nature with all of your senses. The program is sure to increase your natural awareness and renew your soul. Take a break from the electronics and take it outside!

Reconnecting with yourself is just as important as reconnecting with nature. What’s better? Experiencing both at once. Join us for a sensory walk complete with periods of deep breathing and sensory experiences: feeling the warm sun and cool breeze, smelling the fresh flora, listening for the smallest rustling of other living creatures. The program is sure to increase your natural awareness and renew your soul. This program is great for the whole family and young kids ages 3-7!
