Sip & Learn: Riesling

Casa Larga Vineyards, in partnership with the Perinton Recreation center, is proud to introduce our new Sip & Learn series.This second class in the series is focused on one of the most notable grapes in the Finger Lakes: Riesling.

Our wine shop manager Corey will take you through a brief history of Riesling and it’s deep roots and heavy influence in the Finger Lakes wine region history. You’ll also discuss common wine pairings and recipes in addition to being able to taste some wine pairings first hand. Gather up your friends and come to learn how to taste Rieslings in a new way. Elevating your wine knowledge and tasting experience has never been easier!
This class is the second in the 2017 Sip & Learn Series. All classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm and the classes in the series include:
- September 6: Vine to Bottle
- October 11: Riesling
- November 8: Chardonnay
- December 6: Red Wines
- January 10: Ice Wines
