Soap Making

Come learn how to make your own soap at home! We'll talk about safety while soaping, what different types of soap are out there and what ingredients you'll need to make them. We'll cover how to enrich melt and pour basses with additives (clays, essential oils, milks, ect.). and then move on to cold process soap making. During class we'll follow a basic recipe together and introduce you to adding scents and colors to the soap, as well as how to use molds and cut finished soap. The lesson will conclude by talking about what advanced soap making looks like and you can alter the basic recipe.
Please note: all of the supplies needed for this class are covered in the class price. No need to bring any of your own supplies!
