Join Monroe County Library System (MCLS) Member Libraries on Saturday, October 4 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm to look up at the night sky at the Webster Public Library (980 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY 14580). There will be fun for all ages! View the stars with a telescope or binoculars. Listen to Jim Porter, retired Chief Systems Engineer and Professional Engineer at NASA, discuss, "What can you see in the night sky?" See robots demonstrated by the McQuaid IgKnighters Robotics Team. Play large versions of your favorite games outside with your family or friends. Make a space-themed craft! Enter a raffle for a chance to win a prize.
This is an outdoor event held in the parking lot of the library. Please register at websterlibrary.org or call 585-872-7075. MCLS is a proud partner of the RMSC Community STEM Ambassadors program.
