Total Eclipse of the Port

Celebrate the Total Solar Eclipse on the actual centerline, which crosses the campus of SUNY Brockport!

The southeast corner of the SUNY Brockport campus is located directly on the center line of the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse – meaning the campus will experience a longer period of totality than those further away from the center line. For example, SUNY Brockport will be in totality five seconds longer than those viewing the event in the City of Rochester. This makes SUNY Brockport one of the premier venues in the world to view the eclipse. Our “Total Eclipse of The Port” event pass includes: A parking spot (attendants will direct you to an appropriate parking spot when you arrive) Four pairs of solar eclipse glasses Commemorative stickers Access to food trucks Live entertainment (beginning at 11 am)
